Our Impact.

We invest net profits into progressive leadership programmes that help individuals build the skills and confidence to apply their experience in executive leadership or governance roles, allowing them to reach their full potential.

We are ambitious to support the development of talented emerging or established leaders from underrepresented groups into executive and non-executive leadership positions – whether that be women, people of colour, those with disabilities or individuals from diverse socioeconomic or educational backgrounds. 

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to this ambition by partnering with We are Feminist Leaders, sponsoring participants on their Feminist Leadership Programme over the last 4 years.
