The Associate Director of HR and Wellbeing is a new role for the Foundation and our most senior HR leadership role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and sitting on the Leadership Team. The role will importantly act as a bridge between the Senior Management Team, the HR directorate and staff across the organisation, so requires a healthy mix of strategic thinking ability and outstanding influencing skills with strong hands-on operational and HR reporting experience to actively deliver a comprehensive HR and wellbeing service.
