Ami started People Beyond Profit because she saw a need for a recruitment model to not simply support purpose-led organisations with high quality talent, but to create a business that proactively committed to its values by investing profits back into leadership programmes that make a social impact.

Ami bring two decades of executive search and recruitment experience where she has delivered complex searches, serving as a trusted advisor to foundations, social enterprises, charities and other purpose-led organisations operating at local, regional, national and international level.  She has developed particular insight into the philanthropic/grant-making sector, building a strong understanding of their unique and diverse challenges and leadership required.  


Ami takes pride in her ability to develop long term client and candidate relationships built on trust, transparency and a genuine interest in finding the best and most effective talent to ensure mutual success and impact. Providing excellent customer service to create a smooth and engaging search journey for both client and candidate is important to her - demonstrated through her exemplary track record of appointed candidates successfully retaining their roles for many years and clients returning for repeat business. 

Ami proactively considers how values-based selection techniques can help provide insight and ensure mutual alignment between a candidate and an organisation, highlighting skills and experience whilst also importantly exploring their future potential. Toni is an experienced graphic designer with 20 years experience. She has a proven track record of working successfully across design and marketing for large trade brands, agencies and small businesses who want a fresh and unique approach.
